Job Summary

MNC Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics to join our dynamic analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, and big data tools to extract insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, optimize business processes, and create impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and recommendation systems.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions using cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and structure unstructured and structured datasets for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to improve product and service performance.
• Optimize data workflows, automation, and model deployment processes for efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, and data science methodologies to implement best practices.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Google BigQuery.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data science applications.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Experience

• Entry-Level: 1-2 years of relevant experience (for Junior Data Scientist roles).
• Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience with proven leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM), with flexibility based on project requirements.
• Hybrid/remote working options may be available depending on company policy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to handle large-scale data and solve complex business problems.
• Strong business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for data pipeline development.
