Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Conduct due diligence, valuation analysis, and financial modeling to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including debt and equity capital raising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and financial institutions.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, investment memoranda, and presentations for clients and investors.
• Monitor financial markets and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and structure financial transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support senior bankers in deal execution, client meetings, and strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment banking processes, and corporate finance principles.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• CFA, CPA, or other financial certifications (preferred but not required).

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Previous experience in M&A advisory, capital markets, or financial analysis is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 40-60 hours per week.
• Extended hours may be required based on project deadlines and deal execution.
