Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, business operations, and regulatory compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations.

• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.

• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

• Stay updated on changes in legal frameworks and industry trends.

• Train internal teams on legal policies and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, corporate litigation, and risk management is a plus.

Working Hours

• Standard business hours (Monday to Friday).

• May require occasional extended hours based on business needs.
