Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

  • Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media advertising, to optimize ROI.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.

  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and landing pages for search engine rankings and user engagement.

  • Oversee link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytical tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly blog posts, website copy, and multimedia content.

  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and PPC best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Work with the web development team to enhance site structure and performance for SEO optimization.

  • Monitor search engine rankings, traffic growth, and lead generation metrics to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing roles.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and PPC campaign management.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and backlinking strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.

  • Strong project management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in SEO, SEM, PPC management, and content optimization.

  • Previous experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C digital marketing is preferred.
