Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools.
• Proficiency in product development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, etc.).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, or Cloud Computing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful tech-driven products.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Working Hours

• Full-time role, typically Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM).
• Flexibility required for collaboration across global teams and time zones.
