Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide talent solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and improve recruitment processes.
  • Enhance employer branding by implementing initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, job portals, and recruitment agencies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, ensuring continuous learning and development.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion hiring strategies to foster a diverse workforce.
  • Leverage HR technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media recruitment tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing recruitment teams.
  • Experience working in MNCs or global organizations is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility may be required depending on recruitment timelines and hiring needs.
