Job Summary

MNC Jobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager – IT Infrastructure to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls to optimize efficiency.
• Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to minimize project risks.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in IT infrastructure project management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and present progress reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience in working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
• Flexibility required for occasional after-hours work during critical project phases.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, including virtualization, cloud computing, data centers, and security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
