MNC Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer specializing in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to design, develop, and optimize blockchain-based applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
• Implement Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) solutions for secure and efficient transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain with existing platforms.
• Research, test, and deploy consensus algorithms and security protocols.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of blockchain networks.
• Write and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in blockchain development frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, or Solana.
• Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development and auditing.
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, hashing functions, and consensus mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, IPFS, and decentralized storage.
• Experience in developing APIs and integrating blockchain with cloud services.
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, BEP-20, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining smart contracts on public/private blockchains.
• Prior experience working on DLT projects in finance, healthcare, or supply chain is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with flexible working hours.
