MNC Jobs is looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining software development workflows, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring system reliability. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes.
Manage and optimize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Work closely with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
Monitor system performance and security, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build failures, deployments, and production systems.
Enforce best practices for version control, configuration management, and cloud security.
Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and performance issues, implementing preventive solutions.
Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth team collaboration.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Administration.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Understanding of networking, security principles, and Linux administration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
Hands-on experience with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
