Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in regional or market expansion roles.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and business development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience in regional market expansion and B2B/B2C sales is preferred.

Standard business hours (Monday to Friday) with flexibility as required.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and business development.
