Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to improve sourcing and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain efficiency and alignment with business goals.

• Implement technology-driven solutions for better tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement management.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and supply chain software.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of vendor and supplier management.

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.

• Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects or process improvements.

• Background in working with multinational companies or large enterprises is a plus.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) with flexibility based on project needs.

• Occasional travel may be required for supplier meetings and logistics oversight.
