MNC Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing corporate policies, and mitigating legal risks. This position involves working closely with senior management, legal teams, and external regulatory bodies to uphold corporate integrity and governance standards.
Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate policies.
Ensure the company adheres to applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance frameworks and compliance programs.
Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures from a legal perspective.
Support the board of directors and senior management in legal decision-making.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and recommend necessary adjustments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in handling legal contracts, risk management, and corporate policies.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate law, legal advisory, or governance roles.
Prior experience working in multinational corporations, law firms, or corporate legal departments preferred.
Exposure to handling mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring is an advantage.
