Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methodologies.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Use advanced analytical tools and statistical models to predict consumer trends and preferences.
- Monitor competitors and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the development of customer segmentation models for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with statistical software like R, Python, or SPSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or related roles.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology sectors is preferred.
