Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and visas.
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry regulations, policies, and emerging trends.
Monitor and address travel disruptions, cancellations, and itinerary changes in real-time.
Work closely with clients to manage travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Utilize travel booking platforms and systems to streamline the reservation process.
Assist travelers with visa applications, insurance, and documentation requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in travel management, corporate travel coordination, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of global travel regulations, visa policies, and airline procedures.
Proficiency in using travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve travel-related challenges.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
2+ years of experience in corporate travel management, travel consulting, or a related field.
Experience in handling high-profile corporate clients is an advantage.
Familiarity with travel management software and online booking tools.
