MNC Jobs is looking for a highly skilled SEO Executive to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic through strategic search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance to optimize search rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO trends, Google algorithms, and content optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

• Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvement.

• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for SEO best practices.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, and page speed optimization.

• Develop high-quality backlink acquisition strategies through outreach and partnerships.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly copywriting and optimize blog posts.

• Monitor competitors SEO strategies and suggest improvements to stay ahead in search rankings.

• Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO optimizations.

• Experience with content marketing and optimizing blogs/articles for SEO.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

• Ability to work independently and keep up with industry changes.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with different teams.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, job portals, or content-driven websites is a plus.

Working Hours
