Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to present key business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement data models that optimize reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business goals.
• Work with IT and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Present insights and findings to senior management to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Recommend improvements in processes, customer engagement strategies, and business performance based on data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in working with large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or technology sectors is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (flexible hours based on project needs).
• Occasional meetings with international teams may require schedule adjustments.
