Job Summary:
MNC Jobs is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator – Back Office Support to join our team in Delhi. The role involves handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Handle document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing records.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Process and manage confidential information securely.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support back-office operations.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while handling sensitive data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data confidentiality and security regulations.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative roles.
- Freshers with strong typing and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Part-time / Flexible shifts may be available based on project requirements.
