Job Summary

MNC Jobs is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive – E-commerce Product Listing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adding, updating, and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a good understanding of product categorization, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter product data, descriptions, images, and specifications into the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure that all listings follow SEO best practices to enhance visibility.
• Update inventory, pricing, and promotional details regularly.
• Categorize products correctly for easy navigation by customers.
• Proofread and verify data for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize product presentation.
• Monitor competitors listings and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or Magento is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO for product descriptions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or e-commerce product listing.
• Freshers with strong data management skills can also apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (Full-time or Part-time).
