Key Responsibilities

- Process and organize medical documentation, including lab reports, patient histories, and physician notes.

- Retrieve and manage patient records for authorized medical personnel upon request.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), and healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office (Excel, Word) and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-60 WPM).
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in medical data entry, administrative support, or a healthcare-related field.
- Freshers with relevant training or certification in medical data entry, healthcare administration, or EHR systems are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time / Part-time / Remote options available depending on business requirements.
- Flexible shift options, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts based on workload.
