Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in managing office documentation and filing systems.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including correspondence and reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to retrieve and process necessary information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Perform data cleanup and quality control checks.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings or office activities.
- Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with data entry software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong typing and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with office administration processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
