The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes while ensuring smooth HR operations in a remote environment. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing virtual training sessions and company events.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Full-Time: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
