Job Summary

MNC Jobs is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Online Medical Transcriptionists to join our remote team. As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for converting audio recordings of medical professionals into accurate and well-organized written documents. Key Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded medical dictations from healthcare professionals and accurately transcribe them into written reports, correspondence, or other documents.
• Proofread and edit drafts for grammatical and formatting accuracy while adhering to industry standards.
• Review and ensure the correct usage of medical terminology in all transcriptions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations.
• Submit completed transcription work within agreed deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with the quality assurance team for feedback and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 50 words per minute).
• Excellent command of English language, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
• Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Experience

• No prior experience in medical transcription required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in transcription, data entry, or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on your schedule.
• Option to work part-time or full-time.
