Key Responsibilities

• Proofread and correct grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all documents are polished and publication-ready.
• Maintain a consistent tone and style throughout all assigned content.
• Ensure proper alignment of images, tables, and text in documents.
• Meet daily or weekly deadlines while managing multiple assignments effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other word-processing tools.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience as a typist, content formatter, or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online publishing standards is a plus but not mandatory.
• Open to candidates with entry-level experience if they demonstrate the required skills.

Working Hours

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week.
