Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research and compile data into reports or presentations.

  • Update and maintain company databases and filing systems.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and document management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tools like Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or virtual assistant role.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

  • Availability during core business hours (Monday to Friday).
