Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) who thrive in a flexible, remote working environment. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Plan and publish high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve SEO rankings and increase organic website traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on SEO and SMM.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management and/or SEO/SMM roles.
  • Hands-on experience with running paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible environment is a plus.

Working Hours
