Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative and innovative Virtual UX/UI Designer to design engaging, user-centered digital products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This remote role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about leveraging design to solve user problems and enhance the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technological capabilities into functional design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency.
• Stay updated on UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve processes and outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create clean, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proven portfolio showcasing design projects, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Experience working with Agile teams and understanding design in the software development lifecycle.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Ability to overlap with core team hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST) to ensure collaboration across time zones.
