Progressive Technology is seeking a passionate and results-driven Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the SaaS/software industry. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing experience.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and product usage.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve client retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, product training sessions, and business reviews with clients.
- Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure clients derive maximum value from our SaaS products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address customer inquiries and challenges.
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive product improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and progress in CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role within the SaaS or software industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate SaaS product functionality.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role within the SaaS/software industry.
- Demonstrated success in reducing churn and increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
Working Hours
