Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking dedicated and customer-focused bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agents to join our work-from-home team. This role requires you to deliver exceptional customer service and support to a wide range of clients, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. As a remote agent, you will utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update the system with relevant details.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including quality assurance and call volume targets.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and active listening on every call.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using computers, including CRM tools and call center software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Experience
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is preferred.
- Experience working remotely is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible work-from-home schedule, with full-time and part-time shifts available.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
