• Stay informed about the latest travel deals, discounts, and promotions to offer clients the best options.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information in the companys system.
• Collaborate with travel vendors and suppliers to confirm reservations and provide top-notch services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or travel consulting (experience in remote work preferred).
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, reservation systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
