Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons to students online using the companys virtual platform.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials and lesson plans to meet individual learning objectives.
• Assess students progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
• Maintain a supportive and interactive online classroom environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve students speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Engage in regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on best teaching practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and the companys support team regarding student progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in any field (degree in education or linguistics is a plus).
• TESOL/TEFL certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

Experience
