Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and educational standards.

• Proficiency in e-learning tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar platforms).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their application in educational materials.

• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.

• Experience with remote or online education is highly desirable.
