MNC Jobs is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Salesforce Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations with third-party applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform system configuration, customization, and coding to meet project deliverables.

• Develop and implement Salesforce workflows, process builders, and validation rules to optimize business processes.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain system documentation and provide technical support for existing Salesforce applications.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development tools.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Prior experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.

• Must be available for team meetings and project discussions during core business hours.
