Required Skills and Qualifications

• Entry-Level Roles:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Mid-Level to Senior Roles:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development (2-5+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior roles).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles).

Experience

• Entry-Level: 0-2 years of experience in software development or Salesforce-related projects.
• Mid-Level: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Senior-Level: 5+ years of professional experience with complex Salesforce implementations.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to accommodate project needs or global time zones if necessary.
• Remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunities available depending on location and role level.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Ability to design and develop user-friendly interfaces and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar.
