Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Tagging: Tag and categorize a wide variety of Netflixs content, including movies, TV shows, and documentaries, with relevant metadata to improve content discoverability.
• Content Review: Perform quality checks and review content to ensure it complies with Netflixs guidelines, standards, and viewer expectations.
• Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends in media, entertainment, and consumer preferences to ensure content is accurately tagged.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including content curators, product managers, and data scientists, to refine and improve content classification.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in content metadata and suggest improvements to existing tagging protocols.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of content tagging and review processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Experience:

Working Hours:
