Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Watch, analyze, and tag a variety of content across different genres and languages to categorize it accurately.
• Create detailed, insightful tags that describe the essence of content (e.g., genre, mood, themes, tone, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content team to improve the recommendation engine and content discovery tools.
• Maintain consistent and high-quality tagging that aligns with Netflixs global standards.
• Provide feedback on how to improve tagging workflows and content categorization systems.
• Regularly review and update tags to reflect any changes in the content or new developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong passion for movies and TV shows, with an in-depth understanding of various genres and global entertainment trends.
• Attention to detail and the ability to recognize key themes, nuances, and visual or narrative elements within content.
• Strong written communication skills to create accurate and clear content descriptions.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Experience

• No prior professional experience in content tagging or curation is necessary, but a love for entertainment and an understanding of diverse content preferences is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a role that requires analyzing, categorizing, or reviewing content, such as movie review writing or content moderation, is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible, work-from-home position with hours that can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
