Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce & Dropshipping Specialist to manage and optimize our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in e-commerce platforms, dropshipping business models, product research, order fulfillment, and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire dropshipping process, including supplier coordination, product listings, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

• Conduct thorough product research to identify high-converting and trending products for online sales.

• Optimize product listings for SEO, engaging descriptions, and compelling images to drive conversions.

• Implement digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and sales.

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.

• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and order issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure the smooth integration and automation of workflows across various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).

• Optimize the checkout process and enhance the overall user experience to maximize conversion rates.

• Continuously test and improve product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or online retail operations.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, influencer marketing, and SEO.

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.

• Ability to conduct thorough product and market research to identify profitable opportunities.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or a related field.
