Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon & eBay Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. This remote position is ideal for individuals with experience in online marketplaces who can efficiently manage product listings, customer service, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay to enhance visibility and sales.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Order Processing: Handle order fulfillment, including tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Competitor Research: Analyze competitors products, pricing, and marketing strategies to improve our listings and sales performance.

• Keyword Research & SEO: Use relevant keywords and SEO strategies to improve product ranking on Amazon and eBay search results.

• Promotions & Advertising: Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns, promotions, and discount offers.

• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and customer feedback, generating reports as needed.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure all listings adhere to Amazon and eBay guidelines to prevent penalties or listing removals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Amazon or eBay Virtual Assistant or similar e-commerce role.

• Proficiency in managing seller dashboards on both platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon and eBay.

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Terapeak is a plus.

• Previous experience in dropshipping or private label business models is desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a minimum of 20-40 hours per week.

• Must be available for occasional meetings or urgent tasks based on business needs.

• Ability to work in different time zones is a plus.

• Understanding of Amazon FBA and FBM business models.

• Knowledge of eBay listing policies and best practices.

• Ability to create compelling product descriptions and engaging content.
