Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial performance by comparing and forecasting revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures.

  • Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.

  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business strategy formulation.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies in all financial activities.

  • Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external reviews.

  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear and concise manner.

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations applicable in Singapore.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Experience with ERP or financial software systems is a plus.



Experience



  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a multinational or consulting environment.

  • Experience working with or knowledge of the Singapore financial market and regulatory environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Prior exposure to cross-border finance operations or international business finance is a bonus.



Working Hours



  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Singapore Time).

  • Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences when coordinating with teams in India or other regions may be required.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial functions.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new financial tools and practices.
