Wipro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives (Work From Home, Day Shift). In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring an exceptional service experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting service quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent qualification; graduation preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred.

  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) – Monday to Saturday.

  • Sunday is a fixed weekly off.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
