Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files, spreadsheets, and office documents.
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
- Maintain schedules and assist in arranging online meetings for team members.
- Update company records, databases, and internal communication channels.
- Assist with basic data entry, reporting, and preparation of documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to management as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home workspace.
Experience

Working Hours
