Job Summary


ZoomKart B2B Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Online Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves conducting virtual product demonstrations for B2B clients through Zoom, building strong relationships, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong communication and presentation skills who enjoy engaging with business clients online.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct virtual product demos for B2B clients via Zoom and other online platforms.

  • Understand client requirements and present suitable product solutions.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to share client feedback and improve offerings.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to earn attractive incentives.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for conducting virtual meetings.

  • Basic knowledge of online meeting tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.

  • Ability to understand B2B sales cycles and effectively manage multiple leads.


Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or online client engagement.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.


Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours based on client meeting schedules.

  • Primarily Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of weekend client demos if required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
