Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or BPO is a plus.

Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options.
- Rotational shifts may be required depending on business needs.
- Work from home with stable internet connectivity is mandatory.
