Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality support to Uber users via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Investigate and resolve queries or complaints from riders and driver-partners, ensuring timely closure.
- Analyze trends and report recurring issues to the operations team for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and document key learnings for future reference.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated with Uber’s policies, tools, and processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering service that reflects Uber’s core values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or Communication preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in BPO, call centers, or tech-based customer support is desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 community support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and support operations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to handle diverse customer scenarios.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
