Job Summary


Uber India is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to join our Visakhapatnam Office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing seamless support to our riders and drivers, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for customer queries, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations via calls, emails, or chat with professionalism and empathy.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues while adhering to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to support operational improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to improve customer experience and reduce response times.

  • Assist in the onboarding and support of new drivers and partners as needed.

  • Proactively identify process gaps and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations support, or related fields.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts with rotational schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
