Hollister USA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic store team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hollister products, promotions, and store policies.

  • Assist customers with product selection and offer styling suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.

  • Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory management and stock checks.

  • Follow all store security and loss prevention procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed store sales targets and performance goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and retail practices.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Experience



  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for fashion are welcome to apply.


Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Both part-time and full-time positions available depending on store needs.
