Job Summary


On + On Kitchen is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Store Support Cashier and Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling cash transactions, providing product information, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Your contribution will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day functioning of the store.




Key Responsibilities



  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their queries and purchases.

  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions at the checkout.

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store environment.

  • Support stocking, merchandising, and inventory control as needed.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalating them to management.

  • Provide product knowledge and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.

  • Ensure store safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational goals.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
