Key Responsibilities



  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.

  • Assist customers in selecting Adidas products that meet their needs and provide product knowledge to enhance sales.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales processing.

  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist in receiving new shipments.

  • Support team members in achieving daily sales and customer service goals.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant store environment.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced retail environment.

  • Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash transactions.

  • Willingness to learn about Adidas products and promotions.

  • Flexibility to perform various store tasks as required.




Experience



  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
