As a Key Holder, you will play an essential role in supporting daily store operations, supervising the team in the absence of store management, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest merchandising and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist store management in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all operational and security procedures are followed.
- Supervise and support the team, providing guidance, motivation, and on-the-job training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring displays are eye-catching and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling, and complete end-of-day reports as required.
- Uphold company policies and ensure the store complies with all safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in retail management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members in a retail environment.
- Basic understanding of store operations, including cash handling and inventory processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and visual merchandising standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience required, preferably in fashion, accessories, or jewelry.
- Previous experience as a key holder, team leader, or supervisor is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per retail operational requirements.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available based on store needs.
