Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent assistance throughout their shopping experience.

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting current offers and upselling when appropriate.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation according to company standards.

  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling, returns, and exchanges.

  • Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and shipment processing.

  • Follow all company policies, including loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures.

  • Support store events, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.




Experience



  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

  • Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and a customer-first mindset are welcome.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available depending on store needs.

  • Knowledge of basic retail operations, cash handling, and product presentation.
