As a Remote Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting e-commerce data to support strategic decision-making and optimize our clients’ digital performance.




Key Responsibilities



  • Gather, clean, and organize large sets of e-commerce and web analytics data.

  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in online sales, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior.

  • Prepare insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall e-commerce performance.

  • Assist in the development of predictive models and automated reporting processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Seller Central).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills in a remote environment.




Experience



  • Entry to Mid-Level: 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing analytics.

  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and project experience are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working schedule with core availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT).

  • Occasional meetings across different time zones depending on project needs.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

  • Understanding of online customer behavior, marketing funnels, and conversion metrics.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a remote setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering reports and presentations.
